The appraisers of Southwest Florida helped work on a residential appraisal with patience, persistence and expertise seldom found in Naples, Florida. I gave Kathy comps, off market data, receipts and let her carefully and diligently work through the process. In this extremely overheated elevated market, she found the valuation and was able to clearly and without bias explain her findings. I appreciated her extra effort, her candor and most of all experience in markets like these.

Kathy is the BEST In Naples, Florida!! Kathy was great to work with. She was timely, professional and extremely thorough in her report. It was reassuring to see the accuracy of the comparables she was able to find and she explained her adjustments clearly.
