I have been a State Farm Insurance Agent since 1990. Following in my father's footsteps, I am a proud second-generation Rankin County State Farm Insurance Agent. After attending Hinds Community College, I continued my education at Mississippi State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Insurance.

We love Renee and all the people who work at Don’s office! They are always so helpful and easy to get in touch with! It makes a huge difference to call and get a friendly voice to help with claims and policy information instead of some foreigner who doesn’t speak English! Renee has helped us on several occasions day or night! So thankful for them!!

Another great experience with Don Bass and staff. Don Bass always does the best with getting your problems taken care of in a speedy manner. He is also great with helping you to find someone to fix your problems if you don't know of anyone. I have been with Don Bass since at least 1993 and was with his Dad when I first moved to Jackson in 1977. Not sure what I would have done without them. Thanks to Don Bass and staff!!
