I have never how do use a tree service before. I wasn’t sure who to call. When I called Shades of Green, Jason happened to be right around the corner from my house. He stopped by, looked at the big dangling branch and told me give him a few minutes he would run to the shop come back and take care of it. Sure enough he was back in 15 minutes and took down the big dangling branch and cleared away all the branch’s and twigs . ...Very professional...Very polite... and the price was shocking lower then I thought! Very impressed👍🏼

When Shades of Green arrived to perform work on my next door neighbor's property there was a large neat pile of leaves in front of my door to be picked up by the township the following day. After this company drove through the pile of leaves several times with their trucks, I assumed that any reputable company would clean up the mess afterwards. Instead, not only did they not clean up the mess afterwards, they blew additional debris onto our property before leaving. We have never had any contractors at our home that were disrespectful of our neighbors or their property. Very poor customer service

Arrived at 645 making noise for neighbors tree removal. They blocked driveway, cut limbs without telling me the neighbor what they were doing. They blocked driveway and dropped limbs in close proximity to a new car in my driveway. When questioned they were rude, arrogant and insulting while I moved car. A terrible experience with an unprofessional crew (smoking while using gas powered chain saw) and so rude. BEWARE!!!!

Never used your company, and not trying to hurt your ratings, that's why I'm leaving 5 stars, but just some feedback for your receptionist... I just called in about your plow truck, I am an equipment broker and I have a client who would likely be willing to buy your c4500 dump truck for the price you are asking and put $25000 in your hand. Your receptionist told me you weren't interested and swiftly hung up....

Had a great experience with Rich their Arborist. I contacted them to get a quote to have a large amount of overgrown bushes and a few trees removed from the sewer easement on the back of my property. I was told by the receptionist that Rich was who I needed to speak with, and given his direct line.
When I called Rich (who was actually working on another job site) we set up the appointment with him for the next day to have the estimate written. I wasn't able to be there for the estimate as I was called in to work for an emergency repair, but my girlfriend said that he was very professional

Shades of Green (Bristol, PA) was subcontracted to plow our road this past winter. The snow was heavy, thus a front-end loader was used to remove the snow from the road. At the time of the plow, my oil man was delivering an order I had placed the day before. Instead of waiting for my oil man to finish the delivery (a 5 minute job) the Shades of Green driver decided to drive on the front lawn, leaving two large approximately 25' long ruts!
