The first package scan is sometimes upon arrival at a regional carrier hub near the package destination. This is common place when shipping volume is higher than usual and packages are processed in large quantities. Before the first scan, the carrier may not show receipt of the package. If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse the package or return it using our Online Returns Center.

I ordered some vinyl graphics on their website. UPS after two weeks still had not delivered the package containing the vinyl graphics to their shop. They printed them out at a local shop for me at their cost which was nice of them. In then end though they weren't cut vinyl graphics which is what I thought I had ordered. Not a problem though. The guys at Venum cut the vinyl graphics I needed while I waited at the shop. They were very helpful and in then end I got what I needed.

On a Sunday afternoon in mid December 2019 I ordered some postcards from this company through their website. There was an option to check stating that some design work might need to be done to finalize the order. I checked this button, hoping they could look over my design to confirm it would fit their template before printing. Although, I uploaded my design alright I was concerned that it might not fit on their template, since there was some white space left around the template after I uploaded. I thought by checking this box that they would check to make sure the design looked good before

These guys came to the rescue when I was in a bind! So glad there's a local shop with their own equipment and fully stocked supplies who can handle quick rush orders. I needed posters and a giant foam board printed ASAP for a work presentation and Vic/Vahe was my hero. Definitely would use them again for future orders.

Needed a sign done the same day. I called Venum Graphics and they we able to make the sign. I was in and out in 1 hour. This guys are very professional and understood the urgency of the sign.
