Working with All Star Powerhouse was one of the worst experiences of my life. It was my first time buying a house and it was so bad I don’t ever want to do it again. First of all we were out with an agent then had to switch agents because the first one quit, and halfway through our transaction the second one quit as well. At this point we had to start contacting the lender and setting up our own inspections to make sure that we stay within due diligence. Great Realtor, Very knowledgeable Rowena responded quickly to my request to sell my dad's home. We were very impressed with the profressionalism of Rowena and her staff. She listed the home the next day and we had an offer 2 days later and made our sale. Our agent at AllStar was Tyler Mellor. He is a good agent to have on your side. We are out of state purchasers so we had to rely on Tyler. He videoed every house that interested us (and there were quite a few!), painstakingly going from room to room and making comments. It was very helpful. He was always quick to respond to all our questions and requests, of which there were many, and arranged for the inspections of two houses where our offers had been accepted (we backed out of one house).
