I always have a great experience with Jackie and Dr Laws. I have been coming here for years and everyone in the office is so sweet! Tessa and Riley always greet me like family! I have tried to stop coming due to distance and always find my way back because I can’t beat the customer service and care!! It is definitely worth the drive (from Milford, Oh) They have very reasonable prices which I really needed when I first came there but don’t think that means they provide sub-par care! It’s quit the opposite! They treat you with respect and care no matter your income and Dr Laws’ knowledge

My daughter is afraid of dentist and they did an amazing job. The lady there was amazing she made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. I believe her name is Haley. I don’t know if it is spelled correctly. The front desk and all were amazing. The dentist was amazing as well. We will definitely keep coming back.

My bottom plate broke last Monday. Thankfully, they were able to get me in Thursday morning. The staff is fabulous. Each and every associate was thoughtful and kind. And Dr Grace is simply AMAZING! Dr Grace's attention to detail made this experience painless and I do mean painless, absolutely no sore spots☺

Wonderful people; very professional care. I am super sensitive to any kind of oral pain and the tech (Sarah) + dentist (Dr. Clay) were absolutely wonderful. Didn't feel a thing, and had about as pleasant an experience as you can at the dentist's! Plus got to compare our (Sarah's and my) pet dogs' photos...This whole practice comes highly recommended.

I was really satisfied with the dentist and the assistant. Both very friendly and helpful. Even though they were actually out of network, I thought they were in network. They did a good job and still saved me money from going to an oral surgeon that wanted $458. This was $188. Quite a bit of savings.

I waited for 45 min with no explanation. Multiple people going back before. Zero communication. Customer needs work.
They did not let me know I'd arrived early. Although I did the math and I was 30 min early. They never said, oh hey, you're early so it may be a bit. They just proceeded to discuss their personal lives and leave me sitting there. When I asked when I'd be going back I was told "oh they took your paper so you must be about to go back" 20 min later nothing.

When I first made my appointment ten+ months ago to get my implant I was so excited because of all the positive reviews. During the course of the ten+ months these reviews have steadily declined. Here are a few examples why.
If you are unable to take the first available appointment the secretary offers you, your second choice is somewhere several months down the line. I don't understand why they bother asking.

They were amazing! I came in today around 10 for my tooth pain I was having. It was coming from my wisdoms tooth. for an X-ray, examination, extraction of the tooth, aftercare products and even a collagen insert at the extraction sight to help with healing and preventing dry socket was $500. My insurance didn't cover this place due to it being out of network. I didn't feel any pressure to go forward with anything. They were extremely patient with me they even gave me a blanket during the procedure and a stress ball! Amazing place! Would definitely recommend!

I was impressed with this business. That changed I was having 5 teeth pulled and I asked if I could get a cavity filled while there (save a trip). That was when I was told what they would and wouldn't do in what order. I was informed that I have to have another cleaning done($800+) before any restoration work would be done. So now I've have spent over $1200 and I'm still hurting until I have the other cleaning done to get a cavity filled. This reminds me of going to a garage and the mechanic telling me" I can't change your breaks until you buy new tires from me" I

When I drove her over there, walked in and they took her back. After about 20 minutes I was called back. The dentist went over with me and her that they would be able to pull her lower teeth and make her dentures the same day. It was disgusted that her lower gums would need to heal and she would need to come back and get the lower dentures adjusted. There was never a discussion on her lowers that she needed to come back and get them made on a separate visit because her

I rarely complain about any service I receive, even when I don't like it, but I was so insulted by them with their over-pricing, I want to warn others. I've been a patient of theirs for years, and have noticed they've become totally unreasonable in their pricing. I have a full denture up top and a partial on the bottom. I have 6 teeth left. My insurance pays for me to get a yearly cleaning for $149.00. Today they gave me a treatment plan wanting me to come back and pay an additional $146.00 (plus the $149.00) they would receive from the insurance company for a total of $295

Wow. I just switched dentists to Dental Center of Florence due to a change in my insurance. I liked the people at the old dental practice, but didn't realize how good the process could be until this switch. Not only were all the employees friendly, but they were professional, did their jobs well, and made sure I knew exactly what was going on and how much things would cost. Really put me at ease. In addition, they've got some seriously state of the art equipment that made the dental work less painful / uncomfortable. I will be back and won't dread the idea of going to the dentist

Can you give less than one star? Waiting for a friend to finish up. As the gossiping receptionist answer the telephone and talk disrespectfully about their patients, I get to sit in the trailer listening to how much you hate the people who call. News flash, you disrespect employees.. They can quit calling. Try doing your job, shut up and stop talking badly about people while they spend their hard earned money.

I was informed that I needed oral surgery by my general dentist. I was right there when the receptionist contacted Dental Center of Florence and gave them all my insurance information. She and I chatted while they checked to make sure that my insurance was taken. After a couple of minutes, they got back on the line and assured her that, yes, they took my insurance and everything was fine, I would just need to call and set the appointment after checking my schedule.
