Thybar is the leader in adapting new rooftop units to existing roof curbs with Retro-Mate. Retro-Mate saves costly curb reconstruction by mechanically interfacing the new unit and existing curb. This Thybar Corporation plant will be focused on providing roof curb services to the Southeast area.

Where HVAC units and other rooftop-mounted equipment require a platform to provide access for service, repair or maintenance, Thybar shall design and manufacture according to project specific requirements. Load analysis calculations can be provided for catwalks/service platforms. Calculations are to be signed and sealed by a professional engineer (PE) registered in the state where the project is located.
Vibro-Mate incorporates adjustable spring isolators and can ship as a single piece unit. Vibro-Mate can be mounted immediately onto existing curb. Vibro-MateTM provided with flexible duct connector pre-installed. This process will reduce installation costs and expedites the installation process. Flexible EPDM counter flashing provides a weather tight seal and easy access to the isolation springs.
Thybar Corporation custom Thyvent air handler simplifies the design and layout of the custom energy recovery air handler. The base frame is constructed of formed heavy gauge galvanized steel C channel perimeter with cross channel bracing under all internal components all welded into one solid frame.
