We recently changed our auto and home insurance to State Farm, and I could not be happier!! Robin is great to work with; she thoroughly explained the quotes and answered all of our questions. In addition, we’re getting much better coverage than we had, for less money - it was a no brainer to switch! Although her firm is located two hours from where we live in Columbus, her response time is so much better and it’s obvious that she is passionate about her business - unlike our previous agent! I decided to get my new home and car insurance for my husband and myself! Danielle did a fantastic job and went above and beyond to help make plans perfect for us and to be as cheap as possible! I switched from Progressive to State Farm and now I save almost $50 on home owners insurance monthly and save a combined total of $150 (ish) on my cars 6 month full coverage insurance. Robin and Danielle are always available to answer any questions I have or help me get forms I need! I plan to be a loyal customer for life.
