I called with air conditioning out at about 4 pm for my 87 year old Mother who is recovering from a heart attack from congestive heard failure and is medically dehydrated. I stopped by to take her food and… noticed it was warm in there it was set at 74 and it was 80 in the House I checked all I could and then called the tech was there in about 4 hours and done in no time. And presented himself well and explained everything Thank You Gee & Missler for the quality tech and your professional service

Worst service Downriver! Paid for a whole new system in 2011. First AC compressor had to be replaced because they failed to charge it. Had to call them to have them remove the old one. Now less than 7 years… later the AC isn't working, the line going to the furnace is dripping condensate, the coli in the furnace is frozen, shut it off. Took nearly a week to get service, then the guy turned it on and said all is ok, charged me $90.00 and left. Today (Friday) the AC isn't working, line is frozen I'm sweating. Of course no one is available, emergency service call is $150.00! Can't refund the

We called because our AC wasn't working properly and a pipe was freezing and sweating. G&M originally installed this unit in 2011. A tech came out 3 days ago after waiting nearly a week for them. He looked at the ac, turned it on and it worked. He said there was nothing wrong with our AC. Low and behold...today it's not working. Now they want $150.00 for an emergency call. I call BS. and I will to take our business elsewhere.
