STAY AWAY from this company!!! I can't stress this enough. For months I have refrained from leaving any type of negative remark or putting the owners name out there in hopes we could work things out like the adults we are but the owner has left me with no other choice.
It's a damn shame how unprofessional and inconsiderate this company is. After a 10 month battle trying to resolve a leaking roof due to an improper installation of material not equipped for a low pitched roof, I am sad to say we still haven't been compensated for our losses. This company installed a roof on my brothers house and due to a bad install, a leak caused several thousands in damages. The owner argued, and fought, and refused to make things right, they had to take him to court and he lost, but filed an appeal. Due to my family not being able to afford legal representation, they had to drop it.
This company is not trustworthy, and the owner is a child trying to play adult. Do not use this company if you value your property and belongings within it.

I contacted HomeAdvisor Thursday, 1/16/20 about a leak in my 10 year old roof. Rosengarten Roofing contacted me within 10 minutes & setup an appt for Friday and I asked that someone come out between 4:00 - 5:00 since I wasn't going to be home earlier. When I got home at 3:15 the roofer had already come. I called "Nick" immediately & he said he was only 20 mins away & that he would come back.
