Our Therapy services are a blend of the most cutting edge and traditional methods of bodywork such as P-DTR (Proprioceptive Deep Tendon Reflex), NKT ( Neurokinetic Therapy), AIM (Anatomy in Motion), Orthopedic & Myofascial Release, Z-Health, Restorative Breathing, RockTape and Acupressure. Our style of therapy and movement is geared towards improving movement & posture and helping people heal from pain anywhere in the body.
All props are included in the price of the package. For example, if I recommend that you continue rolling out your IT bands at home, I will suppy you with a roller to do so. Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Missing an appointment, canceling, or rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours will result in a fee assessed.
In Pilates, all movements originate from the center of the body, which is located in the pelvis, just bellow the navel (inside). Anatomically, our center connects several large muscle groups and refers to the musculature located deep within the abdominal area. From our center we support our spine and major organs, strengthen the back and improve alignment and posture.

Miranda was my Pilates go to back in 2006. I found her personal studio last spring and couldn't be happier. She's always connecting personally to each of us through out our hour of Pilates. She's constantly going to retreats to give us fresh updated Pilates classes. Miranda has helped me recover from total knee replacement.

I have met Miranda in several courses that I have taken over the last year. There are very few people that have her incredible drive and motivation to learn some of the most cutting edge techniques available. One neuro-technique she uses is called PDTR which is the original work of orthopedic surgeon named Dr Jose Palomar is truly amazing and I can highly recommend it to you.

Miranda offers Pilates classes for every level of fitness. She does individual instruction as well as small classes, beginners to advanced. She has extensive training in pelvic floor strengthening for women with pelvic floor issues. Since a back injury two years ago, I have not been able to do a class, so she sees me 1:1. She is flexible with scheduling. She is patient with me and knows my limitations because she watches every move I make, every breath I take! She checks in with me to see how I'm feeling after a change in my routine. She even has my husband hooked on Pilates!
