DO NOT USE. We used Gene's Plumbing to install a bathtub faucet. Two floods and $6k later they will not make things right. We had third-party plumbers look at the install and they told us that wrong products were used and the install was negligent at best. I reached out to Rick, the owner of Gene's plumbing, and he has not provided a remedy. Their plumbers are contractors, so Gene's Plumbing will not financially or legally hold themselves responsible for any mistakes, negligence, or bad plumbers.

This review is for work they did for me a year ago. The main drain clogged up on the weekend. Even though the gentleman was closing down the office for the day, he came out and cleared my backup AND fixed a cracked pipe that I didn't know was cracked. I was thrilled that he was able to help me so quickly. But I was even more thrilled that he only charged me for an hour's time. Will call again!!!

So reliable knowledgeable, dependable, reasonable and the list goes on and on. You cannot go wrong having them tackle just about problem you may have.

Gene's Plumbing is a company whose service we have been using for about 20 years. They have never failed our family in times of emergency or otherwise. You name the plumbing problem and we have encountered it in two different homes since we started using Gene's. I always ask for Larry. Fantastic guy. He has taken care of our plumbing needs representing Gene's ever since we started using their services. And they are very reasonably priced as well. Great company, and wonderful to work with.

July 2019 - We had a sewer blockage and was looking for a reasonable priced plumber. The last plumber was good but was very high in price. So we were looking for someone else, we found Gene's through another plumber who didn't do sewer cleaning just installs. We were very happy with Gene's, they worked us in and sent out a subcontractor and he was quick and reasonable in price. Yes I would recomend Gene's Plumbimg and Sewer Service!!! When we have a problem in the future we will call Gene's for sure!!! Thanks ...... Five Stars
