An honest review of Jager Landscaping after dealing with them for the last two years I would give them 1.5 stars:
-They do a 'good' job of basic lawn care/maintenance. But so does everybody else. They are overpriced for the additional services you receive (fertilizer way overpriced, bug control, etc.) If they hear you sneeze too loud you'll be charged for that because it affects the grass!
-Their customer service leaves much to be desired. They will nickel and dime you. In an arena where there are hundreds of landscapers, quality customer service is paramount. I can't speak

I initially called looking for an estimate on some basic landscaping work and was questioned if I had received other estimates from other landscapers. I said yes. Obviously this is standard practice for any consumer. The person on the line then had follow up questions such as, "Am I just going to choose the contractor with the lowest price?", and, "How would I determine who I choose to hire?". Honestly, these questions have nothing to do with why I called. Ultimately, I will hire the contractor who I think is most qualified with the most reasonable price. Nonsense questions
