Services
Michael Kittell is a shareholder at Albright Kittell PC and is licensed to practice law in both Oregon and Washington State. Michael assists clients primarily in Tillamook County, but also in Multnomah, Washington, Clatsop and Lincoln Counties. Michael specializes in real property law, commercial and residential transactions, including land use, landlord-tenant and evictions, foreclosures, title matters, and all nature of real property disputes.
Lori has been a legal assistant for Albright Kittell PC since 1998. Lori's areas of expertise are probate, guardianships and conservatorships and billings. Lori has lived her entire life in Tillamook, Oregon with her husband and two lovely daughters. Donna has been a legal assistant at Albright Kittell PC since 2016, after working many years in the state court system.

He told us from the beginning that he felt we had a strong case. We went in to his office not knowing if we would have a farm or even a livelihood left.
We had a aunt come in and take over the care of my husband grandma while on hospice and keep her heavily medicated and she was very abusive. The aunt changed the trust removing and adding things that she wanted done ( Not what grandma had wanted). The aunt had the trust papers changed to benefit her and her sisters. Removing the family that had ran and lived on the family farm for 45 years. The aunt wanted
