So I filed a warranty claim due to a pair of angle cutting pliers that broke DWHT74274. I got an email response right away and Vanessa Gutierrez their agent stated they were going to send a replacement off.
They sent me an order number and said it was going to take 10-14 days. Can't track their order number and it's now going to 21 days without anything received or response from my email, follow-up email to their site or tweets to their twitter account @DEWALTtough.
Just tried calling (661) 323-4600, no one answers and just brings the call into a loop over and over again.

I own thousands of dollars worth of Dewalt tools and batteries(that's all I use) and I had a dewalt 20v finish nailer which the drive pin broke....they said it would be 35.00 to fix and I said fix it but it should be under some kind of warranty...Dewalt called back and said it was gona cost $175.00 to fix...I said yall do not stand behind your products if they tear up and I have not used it very many times....I an displeased with Dewalt customer service and will start purchasing Hitachi products from now own...No pleased
