We paid $800 to replace a toilet in our rental property about a year ago. We recently had new flooring put in and found out that the flange should be screwed to the floor. This was not done! Basically, the toilet was not anchored to the floor!! What professional doesn't anchor the toilet to the floor! DO NOT give this company your business if you want quality work done.

I called Besch Plumbing at 9:30am after 2 other plumbing companies didn't answer and 1 other company scheduled me for the next day. I had a water heater that died on me and the wife would not have accepted 1 more day of an ice cold shower. Not to mention my 4 year old and 10 month old who were due for a bath. I needed this done ASAP.
When I called, the owner of Besch Plumbing answered. Maybe it's just me, but it impresses me when the owner of a small business is also answering the calls. We discussed my issue and he presented me with options to either repair or replace and was very transparent

Andy and his crew have been nothing but helpful since we purchased our own home. Hes done a lot of work and very timely I might add. Just recently we had an issue with our sump pump, I called Andy and he had his crew out here same day and they replaced all the piping. I highly recommend Besch Plumbing!

Recently needed emergency repair on weekend. Called several plumbers, Besch the only one to respond and there within an hour. Work was done quickly and correctly. It was weekend and an additional part needed that could be not be got till Monday, which the owner Andy brought that day and took time to make sure it to was installed correctly and went over it all and no extra charges. Great company to utilize.
