We have used CDS Engineering twice, and have been SO HAPPY each time! When we built our house, Kevin helped us with the foundation decision, and it turned out great (my wife was really nervous about pouring a good foundation). When we were ready to sell, Terry arranged the survey that was needed, and he got it done in a reasonable amount of time, it was done RIGHT and for a really good price. These people are so nice to work with, and their prices are fantastic! We wish them the best for the future!

When I called CDS about surveying my property, they basically said "Sure, when would you like us to come out?". After being blown off by several other local surveyors, I was glad to find them. They arrived promptly, exactly when they said they would. The surveyors did a nice job, despite a constant battle with unreliable old GPS equipment (which quit working completely shortly before the job should have been completed on the first day). If you use CDS, be sure and nail down the price beforehand; I didn't -- my mistake -- and ended up paying $250 per hour.
