We recently had a Phantom screen door installed by Mike with Ken Moller Const. He showed up on time as scheduled. And within about an hour the install was complete. He was a very courteous and professional young man. He even took the time to let us know about getting our dog accustomed to the door so she wouldn't run thru it. Gave us the warranty info card as well as information for care and maintenance . Thanks Mike for a job well done.

We purchased a phantom screen through Lowe's who contracted it out to Ken Moller Construction.
Within a day or two, Patty called to set up the install date. The day before the install, she called to confirm that we were on.
Dan arrived to do the install. He explained the different features and why we'd want specific options. After the install, he explained the operation and maintenance, and gave me their direct contact info in case there were any issues.
The install looks neat and trim. Their customer orientation is fantastic. I'm a happy (bug free) camper.

Well, i have had my Phantom Screens on my double french doors (3) and 1 single door for 24 years, i couldn't help myself to tell you how great they are. They have had service 1 time, a screen at the bottom ripped a little. It still closed but i didn't like the way it looked . Anyway, worth every penny.

Interesting to see all the negative reviews considering I had quite the opposite. Worked with Patty who provided her personal phone number. She sent Dan out to do the install but he suggested changing the color of my phantom trim because it didn't match. Week later, he shows up as promised, installed the screen and did an excellent job. Explained every detail and provided the LIFETIME warranty on the screen. If I ever have any problems, I have a paper copy of the warranty. Should be no questions asked to have any manufactured defects repaired. I'm Happy.

We had a HORRIBLE experience with Ken Moller. My wife and I paid $479 for Ken Moller to install a retractable screen door on our front door. The screen door operated satisfactorily at first but soon began to not close properly. Also, it soon became difficult to fully retract the screen door. We called Ken to come fix the door. Ken showed up at our house and was clearly irritated. Ken was rude to me and my wife. He blamed my family for improper use of the door causing it to not work correctly. He raised his voice and was borderline hostile when I insisted that he fix the nearly $500 screen door
