What a joke. My furnace went out on me at midnight 3/5/18. Called the "24 hour emergency" number at 2:00 am with no answer so I left a voice mail. Finally received a phone call at 7:00 the next morning. At that time he explained to my wife (quite rudely) "you thought I would actually come out in the middle of a snow storm?" (Side note: we had 4" of snow overnight and he is located less than 2 miles from my house). Isn't that what 24 hour emergency service is?? He then proceeded to tell my wife "good luck getting anyone to come out and service your furnace at that time of the night." Guess what

5 stars isn't enough for this company. We have known Brad since 1994/95. We started with him because the house we bought at the time had a furnace from "HELL". After thinking our house was going to blow up every time it ignited, I had met him earlier that year and remembered I still had his card. So one day he came out and heard this horrendous… noise coming from the furnace. I can't tell you how many hours he was willing to spend trying to figure out the problem. Eventually after several days replacing this and that, we all decided that maybe it would be better to just do what it took to

I would highly recommend Northland Aire.
We recently had our furnace go out. Called a company we had done business with in the past, they told us we needed to replace the furnace. I question this, so at a recommendation from a friend I call Northland Aire for a second opinion. Brad came out and fixed the furnace for under $400! Brad was great to work with, he was timely, courteous and most importantly, he was honest!
I would not hesitate to recommend Northland Aired. Give them a call.
