Dillion Wilson and his crew were absolutely amazing! Dillion came to inspect our roof, gave me a full report with pictures, and was very professional and responsive when it took me almost 3 months to get clearance to make the repairs. Dillion was in constant communication with me during the entire process and made sure I was informed about what was happening! They made the repairs quickly and it looks great! I've used ARS twice this year, with amazing results both times. The first time I used them was February (2020). I had some damaged fascia, and upon further inspection, some holes in my actual roof from critters. I reached out to ARS based on a positive review, and was contacted that same day by Kate Pinckney, who arranged an inspection/estimate that very afternoon. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was completed professionally, competently, and immediately.
