We are pleased to have been named to Boston Architect's Best Office Contractors in Boston list! The list features our recent renovation for @HHCTweets in #Roxbury. Of the many structural changes made during the #CALA adaptive reuse, perhaps the most significant was relocating & elevating the existing courtyard.

We have the expertise and experience to be able to provide a rational fixed price to those clients with a design ready to be built. Over the past 45 years, we have established access to a stable of trusted, long-established subcontractors, allowing us to get some of the most competitive pricing in the market.
Our most gratifying professional experiences occur when the project team is able to arrive at common goals early in the design process. We suggest the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) format as the delivery system for these types of projects. With CMAR, Kaplan is selected as construction manager early in the design/construction process and sees the project through to completion on the client's behalf.

Kaplan Construction conducted a $6 million construction project for Tremont on the Common. A new Lobby, Fitness Room, Resident Lounge, Pool Deck and 21 Residential Hallways. They did a great job communicating with us and our residents to ensure as little disruption to the normal rhythm of our community. Understanding that Tremont on the Common is home to 650 residents, Kaplan’s project team accommodated special requests.
