Every day, we wake up thinking about one thing: how to make west Orange County the healthiest community in the nation. A lofty goal? Yes! One we believe is worth our investment. Our formal boundaries extend from Kirkman Road to the east, the Lake County line to the west, the City of Apopka to the north and the Osceola County line to the south.
The 30,000 square-foot facility includes the ViewRay, which uses magnetic. We partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank to launch a Healthy Pantry program in west Orange County designed to get fresh fruits, vegetables and lean protein to the people who need it most: those battling. Plans are underway for a 12-acre sustainable working and teaching farm in Winter Garden, made possible by a $1.7 million grant from the West Orange Healthcare District.
