We were very disappointed in the service provided even after discussing what was expected. Basically, we believe Raylene thought the house was clean enough. We paid $889.00 for the services contracted but not performed. Should have cancelled payment but that is not who we are even after she returned the second time and did not perform. I do not recommend paying her until you are satisfied even with her no questions asked guarantee.

Our experience was excellent. Because I had commitments during the day, they gave me an hour window to meet them. They were highly professional and courteous. When I noticed some drawers that were overlooked they quickly addressed the issue without any question. I was extremely pleased!

Ms Raylene was wonderful and easy to work with. She was super responsive in all of her communication. She showed up on time, cleaned our sectional sofa, and took away our rugs for deep cleaning and pet odor removal treatment. She returned the rugs earlier than she said she would. Her pricing, for the quality of work, cannot be beat.
