Top Notch Construction is a family owned and operated construction business nestled in the Sierra Foothills of Nevada County, California. Jim and Michelle Ruckman created Top Notch Construction out of necessity, to have flexibility and time to raise their four children. One of those children, being "special needs" required the ability to be available at a moments notice.
