Services
Cole Veterinary Hospital at Legends Ranch provides a broad spectrum of diagnostic procedures including in-house laboratory testing, ultrasound, digital radiography, digital dental X-rays, and the use of external laboratories with off site consultation with boarded specialists. We recently acquired an AccuPen to be able to measure eye pressures to aid in the treatment of glaucoma.
Wil and Jennifer Cole and the staff at Cole Veterinary Hospital are pleased to introduce you to Dr. Tina Carder. She is a 2012 graduate of Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She is passionate about animals, and has a special interest in internal medicine with a goal of obtaining a special advanced board certification.
We recently welcomed our newest doctor, Dr. Katie Kerr. She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and attended Texas A&M for her undergraduate degree in Animal Science as well. Dr. Kerr's professional interests include internal medicine, dermatology and preventive care. She has a passion for veterinary missions and plans to serve with Christian Veterinary Mission in her time off.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Dr. Stephen Chapman moved to Houston, Texas at a young age and considers this to be his hometown. Dr. Chapman recently got married. He met his wife during his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University. Together they love and care for their chihuahua, Gracie, their poodle-mix, Ellie, their cockatiel, Mabel, and their newly rescued, rambunctious gray-tabby kitten, Milo.
Dr. Victoria Grimsley knew she wanted to be veterinarian from a very young age. In fact, when she was in kindergarten she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up and her answer was I want to be a movie star, but that won't happen, so I want to be a veterinarian. That will happen! Dr. Grimsley grew up in Pflugerville, Texas.

We picked up a new puppy on January 1, 2022. After some research, we decided on Cole based on reviews and proximity to home. The staff is very friendly. The day of our initial appointment we were greeted promptly by smiling faces. We were brought back by the Vet Tech. Don’t remember his name but he was super friendly. They took our puppy back for some routine tests (stool sample, etc) and then brought him back for his exam. The doctor explained everything and was very professional. We look forward to our relationship with Cole throughout the life of our new dog.

Dr. Lindsay Nicholson is MOST knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, incredibly patient, empathetic and DILIGENT veterinarian who has ever taken care of my princess Lily. 🐩 She listens and truly cares for her patients (and their humans)! Dr. Kerr and Dr. Chapman are terrific as well.
And, although I’ve had a few bumps in the road with the administrative staff, Christina (front desk) and Amber (Practice Manager) have made everything so much better now!

We haven't had any pet emergencies with Cole Vet, but they've provided great routine care for our two cats and dog. We had a cat with a giardia issue (unusual!), and they rolled with it every time I called, paranoid that he was infected again! All of the vets we've seen (Nicholson, Kerr, Cole, Dr. Jen, and Carder) have been fabulous and knowledgeable. They listen well and take my opinion/thoughts into consideration!

I was able to get my dog in to see the vet on the same day I called for an appointment. Dr. Cole was very attentive to my dog, and was very explanative of my dog’s condition and the options I could take for treatment. The vet assistants were also very professional, and kind and gentle to my dog. Dr. Cole even said she’d call me after the weekend to check in on how my dog is doing after several days under treatment.

Christina (vet tech) is awesome! She truly care about our animals and is very patient when one of them scared. Dr. Nicholson is a great vet - we are so thankful for her diligence and compassion. We are very grateful to all of the staff and feel that our concerns about our babies are heard.

We love Dr. Grimsley. She is kind, thorough, and patient. She listens to concerns, explains everything, and helps find the best solution for your pet. My dog is very shy and doesn't do well with new people, but she is comfortable with her. My other is very old (17) and doesn't have a history of vet care, but is also very comfortable with Dr. Grimsley.
The whole staff here is kind. They vet techs are gentle and caring. The front desk staff are cheerful and helpful, chat with you about your pet, and seem to genuinely care. We are so happy here!

Wendy at the front desk is kind and a pleasure to see. Dr. Tina really gave me great information for Max and different options (and costs) to help him with his issues. I will continue to come to Cole and WILL and HAVE shared your services. Love Jessica, a very satisfied customer
