As a real estate investor, it was very hard to meet a team or agent that fully understood my goals. Within five minutes of speaking with Juan and Caleb, I knew they got it. They approached our analysis from both a macro view down to the actual work that needed to be done on the fixer that we eventually found. Additionally, Caleb knew exactly how to structure our first offer to get it accepted, which in this market is a very difficult thing to do. I will certainly be working with Caleb, Juan and Sage Group again in the near future.

My wife and I worked with Caleb to purchase our second property, which was surprisingly stress-free. It had been a while since we purchased a property, so Caleb made sure to provide updates every step of the way. So I rolled the dice and call the Sage Group

My family and I wanted to sell our property in Bellflower and reinvest in Long Beach so we could be closer together. Caleb was extremely patient and considerate of the opinions of all family members involved. When selling, he was able to secure a buyer at $15,000 above asking price. After selling, we finally found the perfect property to buy and he negotiated to get our offer accepted $40,000 below asking price. Selling and buying a home could be very stressful. I applied for a 1 bedroom with Sage property management and paid $45 to apply. Caleb, the property manager didn't bother to inform me that I didn't get the apartment. I had to email him and wait several days for a reply that they went with someone else. I have a 795 credit score and plenty of money in the bank. I am confident I meet the income criteria of earning 3x the rent. However, I was told "they went with someone else. Frankly, I think I was discriminated against because I have a dissability and receive permanent social security. Would not recommend Wasting $45 application
