Sanctuary Gardens is “ONE OF A KIND”. George is the most talented and creative landscape designer ever. We just completed our second home with George. I was hoping my new home would look as good as my first. Well, my new home exceeds anything imaginable!!!!! George created a private oasis at our home. We love it.

Wish I could give a rating based on the work they did but I can't because they never provided me with the estimate. I had someone come out to my home back in mid January for a remodel of my front yard. I called this company because I liked the look of the work I had seen online. After waiting for a few weeks for a design and price, I called and spoke with Jocelyn who said she would reach out to the designer and see where my estimate was. This company will bait and switch you real quick. Tell you one thing and then send a bill for other things.
When I called to discuss a charge the owner-Fab Munez, could care less.
Make sure you get an itemized quote before they start the work. Get it in writing. Don’t listen or agree to anything verbally because they won’t come even close to honoring it, nor do they care.

We have had Sanctuary Gardens design our landscape twice, first at our small condo and just recently at our new house. Jorge is a master landscape designer! He took into account our thoughts and ideas and then melded them with his extensive knowledge of Florida plants and his aesthetic landscape eye!!

After spending thousands to have our front lawn landscaped by Sanctuary Gardens, we decided to use their lawn service as well. Everything started pretty well but as time went on the the service got worse and worse. Two foxtail palms died. The first one was a surprise. We had them replace it thinking it was just a fluke. We were told that the first one died because it wasn't properly fertilized. Yeah, the landscape company said it wasn't properly fed. There are not enough positive words to say about this company. They were kind & professional from the moment they came out to discuss what we were looking for in our front yard. We wanted tropical & colorful with little maintenance. When Jorge, one of the owners, came out to show us his design, we were in awe. He heard everything we wanted and understood our vision. Saw a couple houses where this company did the landscaping.. While they were very similar to each other I still liked the style and thought it would work well with my home. I called the company and made an appointment for someone to come out for an estimate. All was going well up until this point.
