My attitude toward wedding photography has always been to bring a calmness to the process and still get beautiful photographs. So much planning and anticipating has led up to this day; nerves can be tight; last-minute details and changes can frazzle even the most organized couple. I want the photography to be a fun experience for everyone.

As an officiant in the area of Carmel, Monterey and Big Sur I have had the pleasure of working with Kira for 20 years - she is one of my very most favorite wedding photographers because in addition to being very accomplished professionally she brings the same kind of warm-hearted caring, curious and wonder at the beauty and sanctity of each and every couples wedding ceremony that I have - we've had so many truly delightful moments with people deeply in love, in beautiful places all up and down the coast, so I think it is true to say that we both think we have the best jobs in the world !
