Kauai Holistics provides a selection of Massage modalities as well as Integrative Natural Healing Therapies to help assist you in Improving and maintaining optimum health. Relax with our Swedish Massage. Light to medium pressure is used to increase circulation, move lymph and relax the nervous system.
Cupping massages deep into the muscle and pulls up deep-rooted toxins and stagnation. This helps improve the flow of Qi (energy) and blood to relieve acute and chronic conditions and ease tension and pain. As a medicinal therapy, cupping has been used to treat a variety of diseases such as chronic bronchitis, asthma, colds, digestive diseases, musculoskeletal pain, and lung diseases, though it can be used for other disorders as well.
Touch For Health Kinesiology (TFHK) is the most extensively used system of Kinesiology in the world. TFHK focuses on all factors of health: Chemical/Nutritional, Emotional/Mental and Physical/Structural. Utilizing muscle testing as a form of biofeedback combined with Chinese Medicine Theory, Angelique of Kauai Holistics connects with your body's unique and innate wisdom to determine the best approach to restore balance.
Energy Psychology is a form of therapy that utilizes chinese medicine theory such as the acupuncture meridians to help release stuck traumas, emotions and or memories. By letting go we can then start creating new experiences in our life. An initial session will begin with an intake form and going over what you would like to address in your session.
My husband and I are regular travelers to Hanalei and the last 3 visits we have had Angelique come to see us to give us a massage/bodywork. She has vast knowledge for the body, especially as it pertains to us as athletes. We rarely ask for a relaxation massage (although I have no doubt that she would be exceptional at this as well) but rather need deep, therapeutic treatments.

Angelique and Arian were both lovely, professional and so talented in the art of massage. We could tell that they are both truly healers after they worked on us. Angelique is a wonderful healing therapist. She asked about my issues before the treatment and did way more than a normal Lomi lomi included. It was a wonderful massage treatment - I felt bummed out after the treatment but light in heart and soul region. I can only recommend Angelique to anyone who wants to have the extra mile more than "just a massage". She is really gifted and knows what she is doing. Today we had a couples massage and when it was finished my husband and I both agreed it was the best massage we have both ever had (and we have had many) each one of our masseuses were very in tune with our bodies/tension/muscle aches/knots each massage was perfect for us so relaxing and so healing. I would highly recommend going!

Angelique at Kauai Holistics is wonderful! We schedule at least two massages every time we come to the island! She goes deep to address underlying issues for total wellbeing and always hits the right “spots!” Over the years her massages are always a highlight of our vacation. Angelique is sensitive, strong and perceptive in her work. My first session with her was tremendously helpful in identifying food intolerances (I eat Organic vegan but she was able to pinpoint items that were wreaking havoc on my system). I felt so much better within a few days, after a long period of feeling generally unwell. My second session helped me unravel a few beliefs that were holding me back. Very supportive ❤️

Angelique is amazing. I came across her practice during my recent visit to Kauai and ended up getting three massage sessions and muscle testing with her. Angelique was able to release pain and tension from some of my most painful spots/knots; she's made me feel better overall, physically and mentally. Every year my husband and I go to Kauai. A friend of ours recommended Kauai Holistics. We are so happy they did. Angelique is an amazing massage therapist and health guru. Her knowledge and education in the field of health and body work is beyond any other therapist I have been to. I tell her any problem areas I am having and they are gone when I leave. Angelique is incredible. Once of the best massage therapists we have ever had. It was a very personalized session. The pricing was the same or better than what we would pay at a resort here. But the quality is far better. She came to our hotel for the massages, which helped us relax even more. Can not recommend Angelique any more highly. Can not wait to see her next time we are on Kauai.

My family and I travel to Kauai every other year. When we go we always book a day (or two) with Angelique. She is a true healer. Not only are her massages the best I've ever had...but she has so much knowledge about health and nutrition. My husband and I had an INCREDIBLE couples massage from Angelique and Lisa. The location was inland up in Wailua. A perfect, quiet spot for a relaxing massage. Angelique was fantastic!! My kids booked a 1 hour massage for me for Mothers Day and I have to say it was one of the best massages I've ever had. So relaxing and serene. Listening to the rain lightly falling and the birds singing during the massage was an extra bonus. I will definitely be back next time I'm on the island.

I don't rate things as "my favorite, #1, best ever," but the massage by Angelique is no doubt in my top three massages ever. A friend and I met her at her home in Kapaa, and I got a fantastic, relaxing, 90-minute massage. My friend was overjoyed with her 60-minute deep tissue massage. Not only do I hope to return to Kauai again soon because of the outstanding week I had there, I can't wait to have the opportunity for Angelique to massage my tight muscles again. Highly recommended to anyone seeking massage on Kauai!

One of the most amazing deep tissue massages I've ever had, and a perfect addition to my recent vacation on Kauai!! Angelique is so calming and soothing I was already relaxed after I walked through her door. I've been back home now for a week and my back, neck and shoulders are still feeling terrific! A top-notch experience (better than the overpriced massages at the hotel spas...) and I will definitely call on her again when I return to the island. I recommend her VERY highly!!!!
