You are charged with either a felony or misdemeanor. In this area of criminal law, you can be convicted based solely on the "opinion" of the arresting officer. Josh is a very skilled attorney who is a strong advocate of fighting hard on behalf of his clients. He also helps and advocates a strong education for attorney's who fight DUI's. He is so well respected that when he was in Fresno Superior Court on a Serna Motion a couple years ago, the lawyers who knew, went to watch.
