My wife & I started training for marathons a couple years ago so we're usually running 40-60+ miles per week. Our sore muscles started thanking us very much when we found this place. The massage quality is excellent for deep tissue massage. The main therapist Joy is very good about focusing on the sore muscles & she listens to feedback for focus areas.

We are located in Gilbert, Arizona at Val Vista Rd. and Guadalupe Rd. I have over 800 hours of training for massage therapy. My passion is to help others heal their bodies holistically.
The most well-known form of massage therapy. It gently relaxes the entire body combining various hands-on techniques including gliding, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots, called adhesions. It can be slow and gentle, or vigorous and bracing, loosening tight muscles and reducing stiffness, removing energy blockages within the body and increasing blood and lymph circulation.

Wonderful place for a massage. It's quiet and peaceful; it's clean and smells like fresh laundry; and the massage tables are oversized and nicely padded. They massage for the whole time you are scheduled - not the typical 50 minute hour. And the massage? Amazing! I have gone to many other places before, some at twice the price, and have not had the quality of massage. Lulu is fantastic! She puts in 110% the entire time. I go in a bundle of knots and come out loosened up and without an ounce of tension left. I appreciate that they make really quality self-care affordable and convenient

Horrible place. Worst massage. They dont listen. When you say it is painful towels are like sandpaper that they scrub you with. Very inappropriate pulling underware down repeatedly. Laughed and questioned the tip i left for horrible service. Worst place ever.

Amazing experience. The massage had perfect pressure and hit all of my problem areas. The whole process was smooth and straightforward and the prices are great. I wish I tipped more since it was well worth every penny. The environment was clean and relaxing and the ambient music was soothing. Overall I have no complaints and only praise for this place.

A pleasant surprise! I think I have finally found a massage location that I will continue to visit. There are dozens of places out there, but this location is just right. A comfortable, welcoming atmosphere, and a great massage. There are several different massage techniques to choose from and there is even a small loyalty program, a free massage after 10 visits. The owner and staff were very friendly and I am happy that I gave this place a try. I will be back soon again.
