Dr. Sam has been a practicing Doctor of Chiropractic since 2005, and he cares for patients of all ages. Dr. Sam is also certified in chiropractic spinal trauma & works with patients who have had back or neck injuries. Additionally, Dr. Sam has completed post-graduate training in occupational (workplace) health & is certified to conduct DOT approved physical exams, drug testing, & alcohol screens.

Cornerstone Chiropractic Health Partners has been a part of the Montevideo community since 1998. Sam & Jennie Gunlogson have owned and been practicing here for the past 16 years. Cornerstone Chiropractic began as an exclusively chiropractic business and has grown into a multi-specialty holistic health facility.
Dr. Sam is certified in spinal trauma and specializes in the care of the body after a car accident, work injury or any other significant accident or injury. Dr. Jennie is Board-Certified in Chiropractic Pediatrics and also holds a certification in the Webster Technique. She specializes in the care of infants, children and pregnant women.
Chiropractic is a drugless, non-surgical approach to healthcare that is holistic in nature. This means that rather than thinking of you as a group of distinct systems (respiratory, cardiovascular, digestive, etc.), chiropractors recognize that any part of your body is subject to influence from other areas.
Dr. Jennie specializes in the care of infants, children and pregnant women. She is board-certified in pediatric care and is the only chiropractor in Montevideo, and the surrounding area, that has completed this training. Chiropractic care offers many benefits for pregnant women. Dr. Jennie will assess the spine, pelvis and ligaments of the pregnant woman.
Joselyn graduated from the massage therapy program at Ridgewater College in Willmar in 2011. She worked in Willmar and Spicer until February of 2020, when she began working from home. Joselyn now sees the majority of her massage clients from her home office in Willmar, and comes to our Montevideo office on Mondays to see clients here.

Dr. Sam and Dr. Jennie are very knowledgeable and very kind! Both take time with you to listen to what brought you to their office. Dr. Jennie has also been instrumental in helping me with Purification program and gut issues!! I have also participated in some Cornerstone fitness classes which have been very fun!
