I would recommend C39 for any type of roofing work. I was absolutely delighted with the job they did at my home. They were on time, professional, and all of the work crew were respectful of my house. They cleaned up after each day and did a complete cleanup at the end of the job. I had gotten five bids for the job and C39 was in the middle, but I had a good feeling about them and they met everything I had hoped for. I even had them do a few extras. VERY satisfied with their work.

C/39 Roofing worked closely with me and my schedule. They were professional, timely, very organized and on time. The owner Fidel provided me with our agreed upon repairs far in excess of what I expected while installing my new roof. Considering they had to remove a 42 year old skip sheet moldy, dry rotted cedar shake roof off my house and replace it with new plywood deck, facias, truss joist repairs and shingles, this was not an easy or pleasant job. The initial meeting with Fidel to fix the roof on top of the patio leaking cover was positive. He was most professional. He even agreed to using my paint to fix the under part of the covering - no charge - if I provided the paint; which I did. Well, he did not do the painting and his workers left a mess in the yard, black marks on the house, patio furniture in disarray. I sent him a text - no response. He also agreed to take picture of the before and after work - no pictures. No apology for the mess that took me an hour to clean up. Nice guy but not thorough at all. Very disappointed. Workers left

So pleased with the communication, workmanship, and final product. Bid was complete and presumed I would want a roof that used high quality materials, so no change orders were required, and I never had second thoughts. C39 needed to coordinate with the company who originally installed my solar panels. (In order to maintain my solar warranty, they needed to be the ones to dismantle and then reinstall the panels). We had a roof leak on our flat roof which needed repair. I had several companies quote our roof repair, but Fidel was much more thorough in assessing the issue and his quote was very competitive. He took pictures of the roof to show me the damage and provided several options to leak-proof the roof. He also repaired water-damaged wood and painted and was able to also install rain gutters, which other companies did not do. The job was done quickly and he provided photos of the work done.

We chose C39 Roofing to fix our roof. Fidel was competitive with his pricing and his crew were professional. He gave me a couple of options to address the roof issues. Always easy to communicate with. Started the job with no issues. We liked their work so much that my neighbors all hired C39 Roofing for roof repairs. He also does power wash of roofs and added a roof vent to ours. Very pleased with his services. I still recommend him to our neighbors.

It has been over a year with my numerous calls and email, the C39 Roofing and the owner, Fidel Cruz did not fix the damage on my roof that he installed which was still under his warranty. I am collecting supporting document to sue him.
The damage is on the entire back section of the roof and the area before the edges of the roof. The plywood sheathing that he installed before the shingle is installed was not done completely, properly. C39 is an excellent company, this is the 2nd time I have used them (they did minor repair to our old roof when we purchased our home). Fidel was responsive and always showed up on time. He was at the sight for much of the process and kept me informed on what was happening as it happened. The job was handled in a timely manner, and the crew was respectful of me and my children as we were home while the tear off and new roof went on. I recommend C39 roofing for your project as well.

C39 was recommended to me by a friend who flips luxury homes. Last year, I needed someone to install two vents on our rooftop. After the electrician and AC people did their part, I had a difficult time finding someone to do the last step. C39 did a great job and new exactly what needed to be done. Fast forward to this year and a solar installation. I decided to contact them to inspect before and after (just in case). So glad I did as they found 2 tiles that had been broken during the install and repaired with heavy duty caulk rather than replaced. Of course this all happened during a heavy rain

Fidel is fair and honest. His crew were very polite and the whole experience of re-roofing our home was incredibly professional and easy. They did a ton of work on a roof that needed it (it was 41 years old). The roof, 2 solar tubes, drip edge, fascia board replacement, new paint & primer for the boards (perfectly matched for the color of our trim) all done within 6 days. I contacted C39 roofing in July 2012 because my neighbors had recently had their roof completed by C39. I also contacted another roofing company to give me a roofing bid as well. Needless to say, C39 was well recommended and their pricing beat the other competitor. C39 showed up on schedule (group of 4 guys) and finished the complete re-roofing of my house on time. Great crew and owner. I would call C39 in a heartbeat if I need and additional roofing work.
