This company has horrible customer service. They came and cleaned 3 times. The first two seemed fine but today I was told they would not service my address anymore because of it being a biohazard. When I asked how I was told pets. I have cats. I asked about them and was told they were a biohazard. I asked how and the manager obviously made it up. She said I asked for too much cleaning and it was also noted last time. I asked how come I hadn't received a call or anything if there was a complaint and they said that isn't how it worked. I am a new customer of Home Maid Better (two cleaning services so far) and have been very pleased. Jessica is so professional and friendly. I made a small suggestion after the last cleaning and Jessica made sure to address it on her next visit, that really meant a lot to me! Actually is more like 4.5 than just a plain 4.
Overall they did a great job. The only thing is that maybe they should have a small footstool or step ladder to reach the upper shelfs in the cabinets and in the closets. Some of these were still a little dusty, but I can't blame them as they couldn't reach up that high. If they had a footstool or something it would have made it easier for them to clean. If they did have one (I didn't see one, but I may not have seen them take it out or put it away as they were packed up when I got back to the house) they just missed a couple of shelves that when

We had a great experience with them. We needed help with our bathrooms, floors and blinds. The ladies were very sweet and kind. I was super nervous because I have never had someone come clean my house, they were very supportive and reassuring that it was not as bad as I thought it was. When our son came home from school even he was super excited that his bed was made and his room was even tidied up. Thank you so much for giving me my time to spend with my family, not cleaning my house. The service was great! We will have them come again.

The service on my home is not at an acceptable standard for a standard clean, let alone a move out clean.
I specifically asked if they could contact me when the service was done so I could go check on it, but was not notified when they arrived or when they left. When I got home to check, the company was closed and now will push back when the new homeowners are able to move in.
Bathroom did not appear to be wiped down, tub not cleaned, kitchen counters not wiped off, fans/light fixtures not dusted. Oven only partially cleaned despite the extra $50 I paid for this service.

Home Maid Better has been a life saver! I broke my leg earlier this summer and have not been able to deep clean our home. Home Maid Better sent two cleaners to deep clean. They did such a great job!!! They are now cleaning our home every 2 weeks. Highly recommend!

This company is absolutely wonderful! they are incredibly accommodating and i SO appreciate their personalized customer service. do yourself a favor and hire them. dan smith, the owner, has been so wonderful to my family - (specifically my elderly mom) - i feel like his staff know my mom so well and are always so friendly with her. i appreciate that they check in on my mom and report anything unusual after cleaning her home. five stars! and p.s. i do not live in okc, but my mom does - and this company reaches out to me on the west coast on all matters. they are wonderful!

The two-person crew arrived promptly on time with all of their cleaning tools and products at their disposal. I showed them around and they got right to work and deep cleaned my entire house without any kind of break. My only difficulty was trying to be helpful yet still keep out of their way.

My mom had family coming last minute and needed her house cleaned pronto! They came in less than 24 hours notice, were upfront with their cost, and did not try and pressure me into anything. They truly know customer service. I would have given it 5 stars, but the crew never made it to the dining room or the living room, and barely touched the kitchen. If I could make one suggestion it would be to start the main rooms first. In this case they started in the bedrooms, then bathrooms, then went down the stairs and hall leading up to the main common areas before running out of time. They did contact

I bought this service for a family member as a gift and they said it was one of the best gifts they have ever received. The cleaning was exceptional and thorough and the employees were very professional and nice. For my part arranging the service from another state, I found the website very easy to use and the owners were very accommodating with my special request. Always professional and polite. The most thorough cleaning of anyone we have ever used. Home Maid Better's regular cleaning is comparable to other cleaning services deep cleaning. They are also great with my dog and she is happy to see them every two weeks. They are truly worth what they charge. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.
