You are greeted with a vibrant wall of color displaying our premium Eu-fora products. At your left, as the placeholder a Synergy Team member will give you a cheerful greeting as you come in. After a quick check-in, where we will determine whether you set your appointment through an online booking or if you are a walk-in.
Stumbled across Synergy Salon and found a real GEM! Quy, the owner, is fantastic with color and awesome with haircuts for both men and women (my husband now goes too). The salon has a great feel to it, very relaxing, beautiful colors, fantastic music, immaculate and contemporary. Looks and feels upscale yet very comfortable.
The majority of our guests, (a whopping 80%!), come to Synergy Salon for our coloring services. With a little over 5300 guests, we have provided 4000 color services since we first opened in 2008. Of that number, many guests choose to complete their look with a double or triple application of color, choosing from a broad selection of highlights, lowlights, face framing, dimensional color and more.
The hair world borrowed the term ombre from the French word meaning "shaded or shading." Ombre hair color is generally darker from the roots to the mid-shaft and then gradually becomes lighter from the mid-shaft to the ends. This fun and exciting effect works best with long hair to create volume and movement.
Highlights consist of selecting small or thick strands of hair that are then lightened at least two shades lighter than the rest of your hair. Highlights should compliment your natural or colored hair. Whether you've got baby-fine strands or a coarse lion's mane, your hair will look amazing with dimensional highlights.

I came In with really long hair that had not been cut in a year. I am very particular about my hair and we took A LOT off. My hair is healthy and I loved the cut. The stylist was professional and kind and recommend some great products. I left happy and with healthier looking hair!

Quiquy and her assistant Renee were wonderful. I came in at 5:30pm hoping to be able to have my hair cut and colored with highlights at 6:30pm. They were welcoming helpful and willing to work late to take care of my hair that evening. The red highlights came out beautiful as did the cut.

I got a haircut, wash, dry, and style. I do like my haircut and it was styled nicely. I also felt like she was clean and COVID safe. However $95 is way too high of a price. Other salons in mint hill or Harrisburg charge $35-50 for the exact same service. For $95 I would expect a luxury spa experience and this was a very average experience. I also felt pressured to buy product or leave a review.

So I'll start off by saying this was my first time visiting this salon and getting a haircut in years! I've always been super shy and scared to try out new places and things. My hair was finally so long I had to get it cut, this place truly holds up to its amazing reviews. You automatically feel invited when you come in, and the owner is super sweet, personable, and very professional.
I loved the results of my haircut, I had my hair mainly down my back, and I got it cut medium-style with some layers in between as suggested. I love the results sooo much! I highly recommend this place for anyone

They did an AMAZING job on my bleached hair. I had really bad crispy ends and my hairs almost white blonde, I had shoulder hair and then I wanted a blunt above shoulder bob and then to get rid of some of the weight of my thick hair, and they made everything look perfect. My hair actually has movement now and I love it so much. Thank you so much for the amazing work. <3 -Amberlyn

I loved the products used in my hair! I have very frizzy curly hair and living in the North Carolina humidity it’s been hard to manage. They have a great selection of hair products and they work great. Amazing hair cut and wonderful service. I will definitely be back, it’s 100% worth it. :)

Everything was amazing. Shampoo the best I've ever had. Nice hot towel and scalp massage. Super relaxing. Just hopped in here while running errands and thankfully they were able to see me. Handled my scalp psoriasis without any problems and helped me pick out some great products for it. 3rd salon I've been to since moving and definitely found the one I'll be sticking with.

I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The service was so friendly, warm, and considerate. Quy made sure to fully understand my desired result and made sure to communicate with me throughout the process. I've never had layers cut so nicely into my hair before, and two days after my visit I am still obsessed with my hair. The building is also beautiful with lots of natural light and plants that adds to the environment. They also have made things feel very sanitary and sterile during the pandemic allowing me to feel totally safe and unconcerned during my service. I will absolutely be back

I use to go to Synergy Salon over 5 yrs ago. Hair cuts for me. One time I went in for a haircut asked for a blunt cut, which is a inch and a half straight cut. What I got was just hideous and disgusting. The owner had chopped my hair in the back into a short layer like a bowl cut at the top in the back and then left the length long on the rest. Basically severely thinning my hair out and telling me I need to buy product for thickening because hair too thin. I did not get the mirror to look at hair in the back at salon but cried when I went home. Its taken many years to fix the damage. I never

I walked in without an appointment the Saturday before Christmas and Quy greeted me with a smile. I had intended to book an appointment for another day but Quy said she'd take me right then.
I have really short, fine hair and was reluctant to just lay anyone cut my hair. I asked Quy about her experience and she assured me that my hair wouldn't be a problem.
She gave me an excellent hair wash then cut my shaggy locks into a short, stylish do.

I came in for cut and color and was told $150 over the phone. I only came because they were open memorial day and I was being impatient with my regular girl. When I got there she then told me $300 for the bayalage, which my hair is already, and I only needed a touch up. She then offered to do only a toner and cut for $200. I should have left right then. After they finished it looked nice of course. It's been a week and I have washed my hair only twice and it has completely washed out and looks awful(I use really good products for blonde hair). TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I regret ever coming to this place. All I wanted was a simple haircut..one length. All this lady had to do was cut 2 inches, straight across. 1. My hair is choppy and uneven 2. This woman charged me $90 JUST for that. I was never informed how much the cut would be, the prices are not listed..I was thinking it would be the average price so, imagine my surprise when it was time for me to pay. Her excuse afterwards was that "she had to charge extra because of the length". I was NEVER informed it would be an extra cost. Do yourself a favor, don't make the same mistake

When the owner started I knew she had no idea what she was doing. I didn't say anything at the time because I just assumed she had a different way.
Long story short, she applied the Keratin with just her hand. She dump some of the Keratin in her hand and rubbed it into my scalp. Then but me under the dryer.
She was going to then flat iron my hair some crazy way and I said no just make it straight up and down.
I went home and washed

Quy was welcoming and very knowledgeable. She gave me product advice and styled my hair very well . I was used to going to the Aveda school / Paul Mitchell. Which would consume no less than 3 & 1/2 hours of my day ! It was ridiculous... Quy was fast and multitasked . She answered phones and greeted anyone that came through . When I initially walked in she greeted me right away by my name .
I was very impressed and I look forward to returning . She has many years of experience and it shows !!

I came here for a hair style for a wedding today and I loved how quickly and efficiently they got it done! Appointment at 9:15 done by 10:00 am.
There were two ladies drying and curling my hair. (Owner and helper)
I have thick hair and they managed well, I love my wedding hair style-Romantic loose curls!!
So nice and relaxing getting my hair washed and massaged before the styling part.
I will be back for another special occasion. :-)
