Worked here as a summer job. Had great benefits for a while. The pay was awesome as well. The main problem with this company in Rawlins,Wyoming office, specifically, is the inconsistency of the training with crew leaders, reclamation techs ( my position) and the lack of communication with the supervisor and managers (when present). This made it hard for the supervisor ( who I wont name) to determine who was doing a proficient job vs who was the problem. The crew leaders acted just like the reclamation techs in training even though some of them have been there for 2 years. In addition, the data
