Driving westbound on I 20 today in the South Dallas area, there was a traffic problem caused by a giant black pick up truck in the fast lane going below the speed limit. It was forcing people to pass him on the right which was in turn slowing traffic down. When i was finally able to unsnare myself from this mass and get past the truck, i noticed that the driver was talking on his cell phone. The name on the side of the truck was M Green AC.
If this is the kind of selfish, inconsiderate and dangerous people who own or work for this company, then they will never get my business.

Our appointment was set for 8am - 10am, the technician ( Samuel ) was at the door at 8:15am, with his PPE mask. Samuel asked a couple of questions and checked the inside unit, he noticed my filter was due to be changed out this week so he changed it for me, then informed me that he was going to check the outside unit. About eight minutes later, I could feel the cool air flowing, Samuel came to the door saying its' running with a larger part than what's needed, he was going to get the correct one and come back, the house would be cooling off until he get back with the right part. Our ac stopped putting out cold air yesterday afternoon so I called our proper management company this morning and reported the problem. They use M Green AC for a vendor and said that the ac company would call us to schedule a time to come out. Shortly after they called and said they would be out between 3 and 5 today, but they were able to get to us several hours earlier. The tech that came out was very friendly, effecient, explained the issue and process, and had the issue fixed in less than an hour! Great service and would highly recommend!

M. Green just installed a unit in a rent house. They did not try to oversell us on a more expensive unit -just one that would cool and heat the house efficiently. Having worked with other companies and having to deal with their service windows - I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to meet my timeline, showed up on time and were very courteous. They did a fabulous job. Thank you M Green!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! if I could give them a negative rating I would. I have never experienced a company that is this unprofessional or shady. I just moved to Fort Worth Texas and bought my first Texas house. This company M. Green AC and Heating LLC was hired to perform a service and repair to my HVAC unit prior to me buying my home as part of the… addendum. They installed a new float switch (NEW EQUIPMENT) on the unit and only sealed the PVC pipe on one side of the T-Valve float switch. This caused the float switch to leak over time resulting in my ceiling in the living room under the HVAC

This company is a joke. They have been to repair my hvac unit 6 times and when one of th guys was working on it blew the compresser. The son came in to tell me the compressor had blown and his dad was talking to his boss to see what to do next. Then they just left without any other info. Left a women and a 1 year old child in 105 degree weather. The worst part is here it is monday and they say they are to busy to get out here and fix what they messed up. They cant come till tuesday to replace a the unit.

We were without AC for 4 days and it never dropped below 85 degrees in the house. Another AC company came out to assess the problem, but said they wouldn't be able to install a new unit by the end of the day. Within an hour, M Green's technician had found the unit we needed and brought it straight over. He had to work until almost 10pm, but he didn't give up until he knew we'd be comfortable for the night. Great guy, great company, great experience.
