For your dental visit, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork and plan to spend one hour for a dental exam, xrays if needed and to discuss what services you may need. In order to save time, please bring a photo ID and your insurance card. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
