Mark and his team have been the primary Engineering firm for my construction company for the past 10 plus years. He engineered over 500 projects for me just last year. Mark, Jerry and the team practice common sense solutions and don't over engineer things. They have the field experience and professionalism that a GC looks for. Thanks guys!

1. Our home is in unincorporated Larimer County, Colorado. We suffered a house fire on October 18, 2015, which destroyed a large portion of our home. We rebuilt in 2016 and 2017.
2. We retained Tri-State Concrete and Excavation under a turnkey contract to perform all excavation, footings, foundations, flatwork, perimeter drain, waterproofing, and backfilling. The turnkey contract included engineer inspections (in lieu of Larimer County inspections).
