It was a pleasure to have Edie over around 3 weeks ago. He figureed out how to take care of our old and cheap carpet. He was on time and got done with this gig in one hour. When my roomate returned home she was so impressed with how clean the carpet looked! We used OC Pro Tech for the first time today to clean our carpeting and two area rugs. They did a FANTASTIC job! Cliff the owner who came to our house. Cliff was very cordial and conscientious about getting our carpets cleaned. Cliff took the time on several bad spots to get them out of our carpeting. Before OC Pro Tech came out this morning, I

OC Pro Tech Carpet & Tile Cleaning just finished cleaning my carpets and they look amazing! They were able to completely remove some heavy stains that'd been on my stairs for a long time. I'm so impressed! They were also able to lift some pretty gross stains that my dog left when she got sick. Now they look like new. Cliff & Eddie were such nice, friendly people. I'm extremely happy with their service and will call OC Pro Tech the second I need another cleaning in the future. Thank you!

I couldn't be happier with OC PROTECH!! We had them treat our living room carpet, kitchen/bathroom tile and one of our chairs. Everything cleaned up better than I expected thanks to the great attention to detail. The guys are also very friendly and personable, the entire experience was beyond our expectations and we cannot wait to use them again in the future.

Wow! If you are looking to micro manage to make sure that the job is done right or are ready to deal with an owner to give you an attitude, then he is the right guy for you.
I had Cliff come to my house before a holiday party to clean 2 love seats, sofa, 2 rugs and one room. Unfortunately, he did a rush job and didn't thoroughly clean the couch as well as he did with the one of the love seats.
I had my wife at home hoping that Cliff will do a thorough job without me watching over him; but I was wrong. My wife called me to let me know that did a bad job with the couch she also mentioned

I wish I had taken a picture of how bad the carpet looked before Cliff showed up.
It was pretty nasty.
These guys are awesome. Here's why:
* They did a great job. Our carpet looks great.
* Cliff quotes a reasonable price and doesn't try the bait & switch
(the price was exactly what he quoted on the phone)
* In and out in an hour
You can't ask for much more than someone to do exactly what they say they are going to do. It doesn't happen enough and these guys are rock stars as far as I'm concerned.

Called OC Pro Tech for an estimate at my office. We get our carpets cleaned here at least once every 60-90 days and the last few companies we've tried had done mediocre work for outlandish prices. They would hook us with the $99 special (the most common special you'll see online) and when they would show up, we would be told that since it was an office building it was considered commercial, and would not fall under the deal. This would usually result in a $250+ charge... But not OC Pro Tech.
