Dr. Mehdi Jafarinejad achieved his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) diploma with honors from Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He then continued his dental education in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at Togus Hospital in Maine focusing on Dental Implant, Oral surgery, Root Canal Therapy, and advanced restorative cases.
Dr. Sanaz Seifi received her bachelor degree in Biology from the University of Washington in Washington State. Dr. Seifi achieved her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) diploma from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2008.
Dr. Seifi continued her dental education by attending Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency (AEGD) at Togus V.A Hospital, focusing in oral surgery procedures, dental implant placement and restoration, root canal therapy, fixed and removable dental prosthetic.Dr. Seifi is a very competent, gentle, caring, and cheerful dentist with the mission to provide the highest quality of dental care to all her patients.

This is one of the friendliest dentists I’ve ever been to. Not only is the staff caring and knowledgeable, but the dentists are patient and kind. I’m absolutely terrified of dental work, especially anything requiring shots. Dr Mehdi Jafarinejad took his time and gave me lots of breaks when I needed a crown for a cracked tooth. Along with this, the receptionist, Yani, explains everything and just makes things work for you. Overall, they make a fabulous experience out of something that is usually unpleasant for me.

Began coming to Pearl Dentistry after my previous Dentist continued to prolonged needed treatment and begin treating my dental problems and concerns. A few months ago I broke a molar and needed immediate attention. I called several places and no one was able to attend me. I called Pearl Dentistry and Dr. Mehdi attended me and treated me that same day. I had several procedures done by him: fillings, root canals and bone graft (will soon be doing an implant). Due to the high quality of his work and care I decided to get braces by Dr. Seifi. She has done a great job so far and has made the whole braces experience almost painless. Both doctors are extremely experienced, knowledgeable, professional and gentle. Doctors and staff are very friendly

My husband and I have been going to Pearl Dentistry in Fresno since they opened here and highly recommend Dr. Mehdi and his staff. They are professional, friendly and caring. Last week, a crown popped off and Yani , the office manager, got me an appointment quickly to put it back in. The entire staff provides excellent service.

I enjoyed the service I was provided with at Pearl Dentistry. They were very efficient and I can gladly say I received the best cleaning that I have gotten over my lifetime. Okay I chose this dentist because the first one had mixed reviews so I didn’t feel as comfortable. So i saw this had good reviews during march 2021. It took me awhile to call because i had school and work in the way. The first time I called this one lady told me that the insurance needed to send over some documents but I called the insurance and they said everything was sent so they lied. The second time I called the lady told me they didn’t accept my insurance anymore. Which is a total lie. I decided not to argue with the lady and proceeded to changing my Denitst to a better one. For anyone reading this, do not hesitate to seek out this dentist &his office for dental care. They are as caring as they are skilled. Both work very well together,and because of that the patient benefits. I’m having to have all kinds of dental work done ,and it’s been terribly painful & depressing. I have horrible dental insurance, but Yani (front office ), and. Dr. Medhi ( the dentist), have gone out of their way to accommodate me so I can get my dental work completed. This office has been the best office I've been to, I recently started coming here and its been the best experience I've had at a dental office. The office is very clean and the front office staff is very friendly. The manager at the office by the name of Yani is always trying to financially help out with discounts when the treatment is too expensive. Dr. Mehdi is super caring as well as his back office assistants, they explain with details prior to getting the treatment done which made me feel less nervous. Overall I recommend Pearl Dentistry Fresno to everyone!❤
