Who am I? My name is Jen Strogatz and I'm a photographer/ filmmaker/ entrepreneur. I specialize in shooting music, portrait and event photography, so basically - I love taking photos of, and working with. Where am I located? I'm based in Philadelphia, have a photography and video production studio in Ardmore, PA (15 min drive from Philly), but I am willing to travel for specific projects.

Shoot with Jen and you shoot with a vision - I needed a last minute photographer for my sister and brother-in-law's engagement party (long story) but we found Jen for a reason and she truly became part of the family in the process. Jen took control of hectic situations, directing each person while also being natural and going with the flow to ensure that we all end up looking our absolute best in the end shot that she takes. Her photos tell a story more often than not. Having her eye around on the most Important days of your life is worth every single dollar spent. Thank you Jen, I'll be hitting

Jennifer has a great eye and gets very creative with her camera. The experience of a lifetime for Jen was studying with the famous Mary Ellen Marks at a workshop in Oaxaca Mexico. Her work captured people on the streets, children in orphanages, and street kids. She could randomly approach people in the street and get them to cooperate with her, and then in minutes she’d be able to capture the essence of a person or a group of people in a very short period of time.
