At Weisberg Law, we can give you a solid understanding of your rights and present your claims for misrepresentation, breach of contract, material non-disclosure, due process violations, or statutory violations to their maximum effect.

We also understand complex issues facing our clients that include business litigation, business disputes, fraud and more. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Someone named Patty told me via email that attorneys do the initial consultations in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. She said I was scheduled for 6 PM that same day. Well guess what..2 days later..Still waiting! No one ever called me!! No follow up email either.

Totally Abandoned after I paid this lawyer. So disappointing
Mr. Weisberg deliberately threw my case by not even securing the witnesses needed. After the loss, he refused to remedy this horrid situation and wouldn't even return my many phone calls.

Positive: Responsiveness, Value
Weisberg Law was the only firm that took an interest in our racial discrimination case against a local school district. While we ended up settling, the real point was that their interest helped make a change for the better in our community.

Matthew represented me in a complex real estate matter vs. the city of Philadelphia and we won. I've also referred Matthew Weisberg to a friend with a complex case and the results were excellent so I will continue to refer.

Very rude. Doesn’t even give you a chance to talk as if omniscient about your case. If not for clients you would have no business so I suggest you review codes for professionalism. Not worth my usual reference when it comes to attorneys and I am definitely not interested in any more interactions with pompous people.

Rude receptionist, contacted me twice, failure to identify herself & hung up on me. I'm sure I don't desire to do business with rude people, referral or not. I'm sure Mr. Robert Cocco wouldn't send you referrals, if he were aware of you discourtesy.

Rude. Refused to take my case but claimed he would pass my info off to another attorney. When I asked the name and number of the person he recommended he wouldn't disclose. Said he would "take care of it". He never did. Lacks integrity. A Real disappointment when I was looking for help.

Receptionist who answered the phone was rude and short with me. my initial phone call interview cancelled, then on lawyers time, a sudden call came to me. He stated my case was for small claims, "not worth his time", and I later found out that my case needed to be handled in arbitration and would have wasted my time and money in small claims. Free advise from Weisberg is you get what you pay for or worse, his know it all demeanor and advise was leading me down the wrong path and would have wasted my time and money. Weisberg also came off as being rude.
