Someone named Patty told me via email that attorneys do the initial consultations in the evening between 5 and 7 PM. She said I was scheduled for 6 PM that same day. Well guess what..2 days later..Still waiting! No one ever called me!! No follow up email either.

Very rude. Doesn’t even give you a chance to talk as if omniscient about your case. If not for clients you would have no business so I suggest you review codes for professionalism. Not worth my usual reference when it comes to attorneys and I am definitely not interested in any more interactions with pompous people.

Receptionist who answered the phone was rude and short with me. my initial phone call interview cancelled, then on lawyers time, a sudden call came to me. He stated my case was for small claims, "not worth his time", and I later found out that my case needed to be handled in arbitration and would have wasted my time and money in small claims. Free advise from Weisberg is you get what you pay for or worse, his know it all demeanor and advise was leading me down the wrong path and would have wasted my time and money. Weisberg also came off as being rude.
