I asked for a quote on replacing our HVAC system. Just the ac and maybe some extra work. The salesman was very kind and I liked him. He said he'd have a quote with all my options to me by the end of the week. 2 weeks later I call and ask where it is. I am told they will look into it and call me back. No one called me back and a week later I call again, saying I was hoping to do business with a small local business and still wanted the quote. I was put on hold and when they came back on the phone, they told me I would have it in a day or two. I came home to it being left in a folder on my porch
