At harmony massage, we accept appointments for women. Our therapists are women, and have a perspective on treatment that only women will share. At the beginning of your treatment, it is important to discuss any specific areas that cause discomfort or any current or past injuries so that your experience may be optimized.
When your treatment is concluded, drink plenty of water, as one of the benefits of massage is increased circulation, and hydration is important to allow increased blood flow to the tissues and organs. We are happy to provide you with bottled water in the studio. Part of your treatment includes the infusion of essential oils into the cream used for your treatment.

Hot Stone Massage is an exotic form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation by adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace.This treatment is particularly helpful for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis, sciatica, or other chronic pain.

Julie is an amazing massage therapist. She's got a lot of strength packed into that little tiny body of hers. Julie is genuinely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet and she's so skilled at her profession. I've referred quite a few people to her who echo how much they love her and her massages.
I was going once a week for a long time and so many of my problems went away. I need to resume that pace because it made such a difference in my health and body. I hate to say all these good things because I'm afraid she'll get too busy but I honestly want her to grow her business.
