Services
With this quotation shopping cart you can create a shopping list for your event. Andrews does not ask for any upfront payment methods. To finalize and secure your items from inventory we will then require a credit card to reserve. You simply complete your order/quote, print it, and bring it in or call one of our sales representatives to assist you so that we may finalize your order.
It is always best to set your chairs up the day of your event. Pollen and dust can build up when they set them up a day or two before then you may find your guest complaining about dirty chairs. Make sure that you shut your sprinkler systems off while our equipment is set up on your property. Water and rain will absolutely damage our equipment.

Had a little miscommunication with them but I was overall happy with the rentals my wife and I used for a gender reveal. Great price for everything, if any constructive criticism is to be given, maybe andrews party rentals should invest in newer wooden banquet tables, the ones we used were chipped and were easy to get splinters from. Other than that great business!

Wonderful experience with Andrews party Rental! I was not sure if they would be willing to help with such a small order, I only needed 30 chairs for a small event I was hosting. However, they were more than willing to accommodate my small order. Chad even drove up from the Tempe location in order to accommodate me needing to pick up at their Scottsdale location. They were also out of the cheaper chairs I had rented, so they upgraded my rental to their nicer chairs free of charge. Chad loaded and unloaded everything for me! I would recommend them to anyone that is having any size get together from

I had used Andrew's Party Rental in my previous work life and always had a fantastic experience. When it came to my wedding, we knew Andrews was the right call the minute we dialed their number. Chad and his staff make everything easy... and calming a bride's nerves is no simple feat! Our wedding venue was difficult to work with and Andrews took that to heart and made everything smooth and seamless. HIGHLY recommend for your next event!

This review has been a long time coming. My family and I met up in AZ after every single thing about their wedding had been derailed. My brother was deployed during their engagement, he came back to their showers and bachelor / bachelorette parties cancelled and their large wedding they had been looking forward to and paid for - postponed. They rented an airbnb and had their vows with just family after being tested. Literally not wanting anything nice, just wanting to be married, we all tried our best to make it seem like a real wedding. I called the owner, Chad, and he heard our story and helped

Absolutely terrible customer service and products. I I rented black tablecloths for an elegant event and they had holes in them. When I returned the tablecloths and brought this to their attention, there was no offer for resolution and I was told "all sales final". I was also told that the tablecloths are not inspected after they come back from the cleaners, because unwrapping them and looking at them would cost them more time and money than the money they earn on the rental. I rented 6 round table cloths and 3 6 foot rectangle tablecloths for $118.37. That's a hefty price for a subpar quality

I've used Andrews Party Rental for several years for large corporate events. Large tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, audio, you name it! Marla is amazing and comes through on any of our crazy asks. She always finds a way to accommodate what we are doing, or comes up with a better suggestion. First off, let me say... The staff was "great". Friendly and very helpful, that's not what I'm basing for my review. It's the office and rental items themselves! When you walk in the door, it's like walking into the warehouse. Very cramped and a tiny aisle to the staff. Very, unprofessional. Broken, old items for sale around the rental table. Their (wood) round tables and (wood) chairs are "junk".. junk.. junk!! Old, dinged, dirty and broken, nothing, and I mean, nothing like the pictures on the website. If I wasn't short on time I would have cancelled my order and went somewhere else! Myself,

I have held two gatherings at my home in the past three months and have used Andrews both times. Not only is service very good, but their prices for home parties can't be beat. I tried other big name rental companies and they wanted to charge me more than three times what I paid at Andrews.
Evelyn was my go to person. She is accommodating and frankly, fun to chat with. She tells me she's been there for a long time and I feel like she knows the products very well. The high top tables (aka high boys) I used were perfect for what I envisioned for my retirement party.

We threw a last minute party and needed some chairs and a table. The lady I spoke to provided excellent customer service over the phone. The prices were reasonable but just her customer service alone convinced me enough I would be doing business with them. I noticed they had a hotdog machine so I ended renting one too. After speaking with them about all their rentals there is no doubt I will be doing business with them again.

I planned my son's graduation party with Evelyn at Andrew's rental. We have been in communication the last couple of months. She called and checked on me prior to the event, the day of the event and after the event. She was awesome to work with. Also, she answered my calls after hours. Can't say enought about her. It's been a couple years since we rented from this company for our wedding reception but my sister asked me to look them up so she could rent tables for an upcoming baby shower, so I thought I would leave a review at the same time. Rented tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware, napkins, etc. for 30th wedding anniversary party from them. Everything looked great. Had 100 guests, everybody loved the set-up. And Andrews had great prices, better than other shops in town, and great service. Delivered and picked up on time. Recommend.

Very happy with the tables, chairs & linens that I ordered from Andrews. I live in the bay area & planned the event in Tempe from a far and the team was great to work with. Upon receipt one chair was cracked so we called and they came back within hours with a new chair. Highly recommend for any parties big or small!

This place is so covenient and has good prices. The leading lady Evelyn is super awesome and works with you to get the best deals. I rented the chairs for a day but couldnt return them until 2 days after due to work and she was ok with it. No extra charge. Pick up and drop off was super easy and the gentleman in the back was nice and helped out with loading and unloading. Overall this place is awesome and I would highly suggest it for your party/wedding needs. :)

2 words - Customer Service. I originally requested a quote from A-Z Rentals....terrible, terrible service. In fact I am still waiting on a revised quote from them, even though my original inquiry was on Tuesday. I contacted Andrews late on Thursday via their website. I had a call within the hour and a quote 20 minutes after they called me back. Very reasonable pricing and so great to deal with. Evelyn is awesome! I cannot recommend this company more....

I came in here to rent some linens because the vinyl table cloths weren't going to cut it for this shindig, dahliing. Evelyn really worked to make sure that I was getting the best deal. Like, I wanted some skirting to go around the table but she told me how to work it so the table still looked good and I didn't have to pay for the added linens.
Also, while I was walking around I saw this huge massive fan, I can't get it out of my head. I can't wait to find a purpose to rent that sucker. They also seemed to have a lot of stuff for weddings, which won't help me at

Horrible.....
They didn't show up on the delivery day. We waited at the house for 8 hours. We were given a delivery window from 8-5pm. No help offered to set up tables and chairs. Poor service compared to other companies we have used in the past. More expensive than others with less service. Would not recommend.

If you're on the hunt for anything relating to a party, this is your one stop shop. On one side, Andrews Party Rental rents out party essentials including the norm like tables, chairs, linens, etc as well as unique items such as pop corn carts (with the pop corn and bags!) They deliver the rentals efficiently and pick them up on time. The pricing is competitive with other rental companies and they will match any price. This is definitely a one stop shop, especially when you visit their restaurant supply shop next door!

Tables, Chairs, Linens, Umbrellas, Utensils, etc... these are things you rarely think about but when you go to large events, they do come from somewhere. And these are things I've had to think about recently when I've planned larger scale events for the Yelp Community.
Luckily, Andrew's Rentals has been great for supplying the basics that I've needed with wonderful customer service, decent prices, delivery, and more. They've made my life a lot easier - yes, I know I get stressed, but imagine if Andrew's Rentals were not there to help?!
