A very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes to help the body improve it's circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance and greater flexibility.
I'm delighted to be able to provide past reviews of my work. I have amazing clients! STRESS RELIEVER! Another wonderful experience with Angie from Massage From the Heart! She comes to our company once a month and gives a 30 min chair massage to all available. This month we were under the gun on a project and our team met the deadline.

I selected Massage from the Heart due to the convenient location from my home and work, the competitive price, as well as the reviews. Another reviewer stated "Angie truly does massage from the heart", and I could not have said it better myself.
The professionalism that Angie has put into setting up the business was very impressive. The several things that impressed me for my convenience were, being able to set up my appointment online, email reminders about my appointment with the option to cancel or reschedule and I received a text message before my appointment with parking instructions.

I am an athlete and I use massage for recovery and injuries. Angie uses many different modalities during massage, including accu-pressure and energy work. I am a repeat customer. When she is working one me, It's like I am in another world. While everyone is different, Angie's work on my physical ailments has been great. Plus, the experience is wonderful!
