Our treatment is designed to help the body heal itself by attempting to restore normal function. We find that combining Eastern and Western methods of treatment provide the best outcomes for our patients and allow us to treat a wider variety of conditions than with just chiropractic alone. We maintain good relationships with medical doctors in the area, so co-managing treatment is effortless on the patient's part!
Most of the time adjustments are very comfortable. Most patients can't wait to get their adjustment because they know how good it is going to feel and how much relief they are going to get. However, it is normal to have soreness after your first adjustment. The soreness may feel like you recently exercised.

They have the most friendliest staff and when I say I found someone who actually cares he does I walk in and he can just see the weekend on my face not only does he fix my back so I can carry my baby which I couldn't do before him so he's magic he fixes my head and heart I feel like a friend or family not robbed or pinched to see the love in his office is just beautiful I'd keep coming even if my back didn't need them bc they are beautiful creations sent to us from god thank you and all your team y'all helped me when I thought I was losy

I’ve been to “real” chiropractors and had memberships to places like the Joint in Austin. Here they do take the time to diagnose issues and actually treat them unlike at the joint where you just walk in and it’s a quick adjustment (really it’s just a membership for an adjustment, not chiropractic treatment at the joint).
I highly recommend coming here, especially if you live in the Wimberley area!

Went here for over two months and the experience was phenomenal. They make you feel welcome and at home and truly show they care about you and your well being. The doctor was always humorous when need to be and lifted your spirit and gave you hope. I will highly recommend this place and it’ll be the first place I’ll always go to. Thank you so much you guys for taking care of me and helping me get back to my normal self again.

I went to visit Maximum Wellness for the first time on Saturday March 14, 2020. I have never been to a chiropractor before. I have a degenerative disc in my lower back. My spine doctor has prescribed anti inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxers. I have also been through sessions of physical therapy. I was never recommended to see a chiropractor.
In my first appointment I shared my X-ray with Dr Tony Maxwell. I explained that I had numbness in my right thigh and had constant back pain. He said to give him six sessions and if he could not make my pain better then I was most likely needing surgery

The entire staff at Maximum Wellness is fantastic, from the front desk to the chiropractic tables. My acute plantar fasciitis and a deep tissue foot injury were both treated quickly with several different treatment options that were tailored specifically to me. The professional care I received along with the reduced recovery time made me feel more confident about my recovery than when I left the doctor's office. They treat a diverse range of injuries and discomforts for all ages and at very affordable rates. I will never let another injury go unseen by these guys!

Only recently began to see Dr. Leslie Maxwell and have received excellent care and treatment. Dr. Maxwell is very through, listens carefully, and is very knowledgeable. The entire staff is friendly, competent, professional and very concerned about your well being. I have seen many different doctors of chiropractic over the last forty-five years and rate these folks among the best.

This place is amazing, both Dr. Maxwell‘s are honest, friendly and help you feel your best. They are a family run business, who treat everyone with respect and the utmost care. I drive in from San Marcos for all my appointments, and it’s well worth the drive. If your looking for good people who will treat you and your medical issues are their priority this is the place to go.
