They all treat me respectfully and are very careing and understanding but all I deal with them for is a shed unit but I wouldn't want one with anyone else?

Please do not lease anything from this business. Got a property for a temp place for someone that was nearing 60, until something better came up. It was a cabin on some land. The cabin was more like a shack. Broken windows, holes in the roof, doors not able to close, and more. Pretty much non inhabitable, and they told us it was livable and that all we needed was a heating unit or stove. But it was temporary and only ended up being 2 in a half months mid December to the end of February. We were not told much about the property. Found out that their was trash on the property from previous tenants

I have been dealing with Pat and Kim for a little while now, and as long as you communicate anything out of the ordinary they will work with you. I find them easier to deal with than a traditional bank or lender. They have not been in business this long because they don't know what they are doing.

I had experience with Blue Sky a few years ago. I spoke with Kim numerous times and found her to be rude and deceitful. They take advantage of people and profit from others misfortune. If you have no other way to finance a home other than dealing with Blue Sky, I suggest you continue renting.

The staff at this realty office are very rude. I accidentally called their number in Pennsylvania when I was looking for a realtor of the same name in Michigan. I did not realize I had made this mistake until I hung up and looked at the number again. When I explained that I had a question about a house that I would be renting in Michigan, the man angrily cut in, "Well what does that have to do with me?" When I hung up and realized I had called the wrong place, I was relieved that I didn't have to be in business with them. They don't seem like they treat their customers or tenants very well.

I've financed and purchased two properties from Blue Sky. I purchased three mobile home lots in McKean County, and am financing a home in Elk County. Pat and Kim Mowrey provide an affordable opportunity for anyone to own real estate with a low down payment. They're a pleasure to do business with, and based on my experience, they're sincere and honest people with integrity.
If another opportunity presents itself for me, I'll certainly buy from Blue Sky in the future!
