Bad Bad Plumber Company. I just want to warn everyone about the shady dealings my wife and I had recently with Brandon Plumbing. This is the first time I ever felt the need to post anything. Our washing machine wasn't filling adequately and was giving us an error message. I'm not handy so I called and spoke to Tim (the owner or manager of Brandon Plumbing). He sent out his plumber to evaluate the problem. I also had 2 bathroom sinks that were slow also. The Plumber looked and seemed to think he knew the issue. He went out to his vehicle and called Tim for pricing. Tim shortly called me back saying

Did work for my neighbor. She's a single older woman, disabled, and an easy target. They installed 2 cheap toilets, that after having to remove one myself and put back in place, took me about 15 minutes total off and on. Their person spent no longer than an hour in her home. her Final bill..a WHOPPING $1875!! Yes you read that right. $1875. Shame shame and many other words I'd like to add but wont. Do you really have a response for this??? Show the invoice for parts and labor. without tweaking it with a bunch of baloney you spoke with me about on the phone.

Called Brandon plumbing on a Saturday because I had a pipe break late Friday night. Spoke with Tim, who listened carefully to my explanation of the situation. He assured me David would do everything possible to get me fixed today. Wow, what an amazing experience this was. Both Tim and David walked me through every detail of what needed to be done. This company is professional, reliable, respectful, and best work ethic I have seen in a long time! I will use them again for future plumbing needs.

I had an outdoor pipe that sprung a major leak and I needed it repaired right away. After a few calls to other plumbers that couldn’t help, Tim at Brandon Plumbing was happy to help. Though his resources were otherwise committed, he figured out a way to get someone over to me fast. He was courteous, helpful and responsive. David, the plumber that was sent out, was equally courteous, helpful and responsive.

First off Tim was the voice that calmed my fears and he did as he promised and got someone out to deal with my plumbing emergency. That person was Mark who went above and beyond in explaining what had happened. I can not recommend them enough and wanted to let other people dealing with plumbing disasters that these gentlemen treated me so well I will always use them again and recommend them. We on a small Business in the Branson area and called Brandon Plumbing on a Saturday morning to fix a gas leak. They came out within hours and fixed the leak before we opened. The technician and the office staff were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly be using their services again!

All it took was one phone call, and Tim at Brandon Plumbing took care of us! We were getting ready to leave for a vacation when our bathrooms started rebelling in the most egregious way imaginable. I was frantic, and Tim managed to talk me off of a ledge. He had Mike come out, and - BOOM - problem solved. It didn’t cost a fortune. The worst experience ever! They OVER PRICE!! workers dropped a piece in my wall so they rigged another piece in its place which took time, which they charged me for. they doubled the price of the cartridge they installed. they still haven't sent me a receipt which i have called about for 5 days now. i have to call another plumber to fix a new problem i now have after their botched up job. i would NEVER reccomend them to anyone!
